Tunny fish, which is called palamut in Turkish, cannot be found fresh as often as anchovies, so we made our choice for them.

Wash these tunny fishes and drain their water and sink these fishes in the sauce |

Warm oil beforehand, and put the fishes in the fried oil and fry them well |

After frying it, extract them from the oil and put over the papper towel ro drain their surplus oil |
