Şikemperver Soup is a hearty and delicious Turkish soup made with zucchini, carrot, potato, tomato and Turkish spices. It comes from the southeastern region of Turkey and it’s a great example of Turkish Cuisine.

We have hundreds of soups in Turkish cuisine and we love to use onion, zucchini or potato in them.
