Ingredients

200g frozen green lea
150g pastrami
A piece onion
A piece garlic
2 piece sandwich loaf
250g long-grain rice
600g ground baby beef
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
A tablespoon yoghurt
A piece lemon
A piece egg
3 tablespoon chopped sage
3 tablespoon oil
250g beef broth or vegetable stock
150g fresh cream

Today I made these delicious beef meatballs with sage.  Initially I was going to go with a few classic flavours like yoghurt, sage and parsley and then as I was making them up.

I found these to be succulent and delicious and can be served on their own with a nice salad.

Melt the green lea

Chop the pastrami about 1-2 cm sized lanely

Peel the onion and wash it and then comb out it and chop it finely

Peel the garlic and then crush it

Put the pastrami in a pan and fry it

After that extract it and put it in a plate

Put the onion and garlic in the same pan and saute them
